All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. International customers may be responsible for customs fees or taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Earjobs hearing protection products. If you’re not happy with your purchase, here’s how our returns process works:

Eligibility Requirements

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging with all tags must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number) required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened packages of Foam Ear Plugs
  • Opened containers of Bulk Ear Plugs
  • Used or unsealed Reusable Ear Plugs

Electronic Devices Policy: Earphones and Electronic Ear Muffs must show no signs of wear or damage to be eligible for return.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Customer Service

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Once approved, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item(s) securely in original packaging and ship to:

Important: Use a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for return shipping costs (except for defective items).

Refund Process

  • Processing begins once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days)
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal refunds: 24-48 hours

Exchange Process

  • Same-value exchanges: We’ll ship replacement once we receive your return
  • Different-value exchanges: We’ll process partial refund or invoice for difference
  • Subject to product availability

Defective or Incorrect Items
