Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
- You must initiate the return within 15 days of receiving your order
- A proof of purchase or order number is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Foam Ear Plugs (opened packages)
- Bulk Ear Plugs (opened containers)
- Used or unsealed Reusable Ear Plugs
Note: Electronic devices (Earphones, Electronic Ear Muffs) must show no signs of wear or damage to be eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service
Email us at [email protected] with your return/exchange request. Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- The reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Once approved, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please include the RMA number on your return package.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging and ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs (except for defective items).
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days):
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank
- PayPal refunds typically appear within 24-48 hours
Exchanges
For exchanges of the same value:
- We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
- For exchanges of different value, we’ll process a partial refund or invoice for the difference
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective item or incorrect product:

- We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
- Include photos of the defect or incorrect item in your email
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with the return
